Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering therapy, wellness, and medical care in senior living communities.

You’ll assess residents, develop care plans, and provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy as part of a collaborative team, while supporting independence.

This role features a predictable schedule, opportunity for leadership, and meaningful daily impact on residents’ safety, function, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active professional license in therapy (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Passion for empowering seniors and enhancing independence
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative, team-based approach
• Ability to engage with residents and community partners

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults
• Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions with a collaborative team
• Support care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support
• Maintain professional and ethical standards aligned with company initiatives
• Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement
• Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction
