Job summary

gFiber is seeking an experienced software engineer to help build and launch the new OSS, focusing on feature development, service layer integration, and end-to-end workflows.

You will lead and coordinate other engineers and system integrators, participate in troubleshooting with multiple teams, and drive OSS initiatives for reliability and performance in our network operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7 years of combined software engineering experience with Java/Kotlin and Python.
• Experience driving complex projects as a Tech Lead.
• Experience coordinating software projects across multiple teams: architecture, development, QA.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch the new gFiber OSS: feature development, service layer development, end-to-end integration.
• Responsible for development/configuration/troubleshooting/support on the OSS ecosystem.
• Senior leader setting direction and coordinating work of other software engineers and system integrators.
• Participate in joint troubleshooting sessions with multiple teams.
