Pearce Services in the United States seeks an OSP Engineer III to lead end-to-end engineering for complex outside plant programs, from routing to permit approvals and closeout.

You will set technical direction for fiber and copper builds, ensure adherence to NESC and client standards, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with PMs, permitting teams, and vendors to keep schedules and budgets on track.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive OSP Engineering with leadership over multi-site projects.
• Design mastery in work order engineering, loss budgets, and constructability.
• Deep knowledge of NESC and OSP standards in the field.
• Experience obtaining permits, ROW/easements, and pole attachment coordination.
• Structured QA/QC and site inspections to ensure quality.

Aufgaben

• Own engineering scope for multi-site OSP builds (fiber/copper; aerial/UG).
• Produce sealed engineering plans, splicing diagrams, BOMs, work prints.
• Perform loss analyses, plan field serving areas and network segmentation.
• Lead constructability reviews, value engineering, route optimization.
• Oversee permits and ROW packages; coordinate with utilities.
• Mentor OSP Engineers I/II and permit staff.
