Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an Organizational Change Management Manager to lead people-side transformation across enterprise programs. You will advise leaders on readiness, sponsorship, and adoption to achieve sustained business value.

You will partner with Transformation Office, Product, Engineering, HR, Communications and others to translate decisions into workforce impacts, sponsorship actions, and capability requirements, delivering measurable readiness and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience leading OCM for complex enterprise transformation.
• Experience advising senior leaders, activating sponsors, and influencing across a large matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate stakeholder, readiness, and adoption data into targeted interventions.
• Experience integrating OCM with program plans, UAT, go-live, stabilization, and sustainment.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, coaching, and executive-presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, external partners, or change champion networks.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute integrated OCM strategies aligned to business outcomes and go-live timing.
• Activate sponsor coalitions and coach leaders and people managers.
• Lead stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments.
• Govern engagement, messaging, and resistance to build adoption.
• Assess workforce impacts and partner on learning responses.
• Lead adoption analytics and decision-making.
