Job summary

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree and US-accredited Residency in Oral Surgery.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in California; DEA license and PALS.
• Board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the preparation of reports and written documentation as required by the department, company, state and federal agencies.
• Consults with patients and advises them of their oral surgery needs, risks and alternatives.
• Evaluates and consults about patient’s oral surgery needs while considering overall dental care.
• Maintains current knowledge base of dental and oral surgery literature and provides guidance accordingly.
• Provides lectures and seminars on topics assigned by the Chief Dental Director.
