Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) is seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 10–15 years of hands-on experience to join our technical team in the United States West Lake area. This is not a management role; you will remain actively engaged with Oracle SQL/PL/SQL development and day-to-day engineering challenges.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain complex Oracle solutions, optimize performance, and contribute to data APIs, ETL processes, and batch jobs with Informatica and Autosys.

Qualifications

• Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 10–15 years of hands-on experience.
• Deep, current expertise in Oracle SQL/PL/SQL.
• Not a management-focused role; hands-on engineers only.
• Ability to demonstrate practical solutions during technical interviews.
• Experience with ETL tools, Informatica, and batch processing.
• Familiarity with ATDD, CI/CD practices is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle SQL/PL/SQL solutions.
• Develop stored procedures, packages, and data models.
• Perform advanced SQL development, data analysis, and data modeling.
• Design and implement data APIs and database-centric solutions.
• Analyze and optimize database performance.
• Develop batch jobs using ETL/Informatica and Autosys.
• Translate requirements into scalable software; participate in reviews.
• Develop automated tests and support regression testing.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and mentor colleagues.
