Job summary

StaffXpert LLC seeks an Oracle PDH/PLM Cloud Consultant to lead functional design and implementation of Oracle PDH/PLM Cloud solutions. You will gather master data requirements with business users, design Item/Product Master Data models, and configure attributes, security, workflows, and reports.

The role involves data migration of Items, BOMs, AMLs, and attachments, plus QA, UAT, and documentation. Strong agile collaboration with global teams is essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH).
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and processes.
• Experience with Oracle PLM Cloud and Product Development.
• Experience migrating Items, BOMs, AMLs, Attachments, and Change Orders/Changes into Oracle PDH/PLM.
• Prior Oracle ERP experience with product/item-related modules such as INV, BOM, PLM, and ENG.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Knowledge of product creation and its impact on price books, order orchestration, support, and downstream supply-chain processes.
• Strong hands-on functional experience with data analysis, data capture, data mapping, and data migration.
• Experience gathering requirements and conducting detailed business-process analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment with evolving requirements.
• Strong analytical, research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong client-facing communication skills.
• Prior global Oracle Cloud implementation experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) / PLM Cloud solutions.
• Work with business users and business analysts to gather, analyze, and document product and item master requirements.
• Design and implement Item/Product Master Data models supporting broader supply chain applications.
• Configure and support custom attributes, security models, workflows, reports, and automation within Oracle PDH/PLM.
• Support PD/PDH quality assurance, functional testing, and validation activities.
• Design and configure product and item rules in Oracle PLM Cloud.
• Lead and support data migration activities for: Item Master, BOM, AML, Attachments.
• Perform detailed data analysis, data capture, mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration.
• Maintain detailed configuration and functional documentation for Oracle Product Data Hub.
• Support Master Data Management processes, governance, and data-quality standards.
• Work across related Oracle ERP/SCM modules including Inventory (INV), Bill of Materials (BOM), PLM, and Engineering (ENG).
• Support end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management processes, including new product introduction and product creation.
• Provide functional expertise related to price books, order orchestration, product usage, and downstream supply-chain processes.
• Conduct current-state process assessments and stakeholder interviews.
• Identify gaps between existing business processes and Oracle Cloud capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Participate in configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production-support activities.
• Work effectively in an Agile environment with evolving requirements while balancing short-term delivery and long-term solution design.
• Collaborate with global business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
