Job summary

Mastek is seeking a proficient Oracle PBCS Functional Consultant to join the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. The consultant will design, configure, and support Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) solutions for enterprise clients, primarily in the finance domain.

The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders to understand budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements, translating them into scalable Oracle PBCS solutions, and ensuring smooth

Qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of overall experience, with 3–4 years hands‑on Oracle PBCS / EPM Cloud / Hyperion Planning experience.
• Experience designing and implementing Oracle PBCS planning applications.
• Knowledge of FP&A concepts including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Experience with data integration and data management within PBCS (e.g., Data Management integrations).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end Oracle PBCS solutions including data models, forms, rules, calculations, and workflows.
• Configure PBCS applications (modules, dimensions, hierarchies, security, metadata).
• Develop input forms, dashboards, reports, and task lists to support planning and reporting.
• Provide functional guidance on integration with ERP, data warehouses and reporting tools.
