Job summary

PDSSOFT INC. is seeking an experienced ERP Finance Functional Consultant in the San Francisco area. You will lead ERP implementations, optimize P2P and AP processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust financial controls and seamless integrations.

The role requires 10+ years in ERP Finance functional consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven experience in documentation, testing, and production support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ERP Finance Functional Consulting.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with vendor management, invoice processing, payment runs, and purchase order workflows.
• Understanding of ERP integration with GL, procurement, and other finance modules.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP Finance functional projects across implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Analyze P2P and AP processes and design effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, controls, and reconciliation.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee invoices, payments, and PO workflows.
• Integrate ERP with GL and other finance modules.
• Prepare functional specs, test scripts, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project status clearly.
• Provide production support and issue resolution post-implementation.
