Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Identity solutions across governance, access management, and security architecture. You will work with client teams to modernize identity programs, driving engagements from strategy through deployment in complex environments.

The role requires 6+ years in IAM, 4+ years with Oracle Identity technologies, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle Identity Governance, Oracle Access Management, Oracle Identity Manager, or comparable Oracle Identity technologies.
• Experience with provisioning, access certification, RBAC, and user lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with enterprise apps and directories using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP or AD.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Identity solutions across governance, provisioning, access management, and authentication.
• Support client programs to improve joiner-mover-leaver processes and access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align Identity capabilities to enterprise objectives.
• Integrate Oracle Identity platforms with enterprise applications and security tools.
• Contribute to testing, deployment, and production stabilization activities.
