Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant to deliver Oracle Health Solutions consulting to Nordic clients. You will apply subject matter expertise to client engagements to achieve defined benefits and support upgrades, configurations, and testing.

Responsibilities include guiding workflows, mentoring project teams, tracking work, and coordinating with leadership. Occasional travel and remote work flexibility may be required depending on client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare and technical experience required.
• 3+ years of Oracle Health Revenue Cycle hands-on practical build and implementation experience.
• Experience with domain validation, package testing, application break/fix resolution, and the design/build/testing system of changes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through workflows, upgrades, system maintenance and enhancements.
• Serve as SME for Oracle Health domain areas and mentor client project teams.
• Track work and report status; coordinate with project leadership.
• Analyze and optimize workflows; provide documentation and testing support.
• Lead meetings, manage testing activities, and ensure successful deployments.
