Job summary

Kelly is seeking a senior Oracle Cloud SCM architect in the Boston area to lead end-to-end ERP/SCM implementations within discrete manufacturing workflows. You will configure Oracle Field Service Cloud, Depot Repair, Service Contracts, and Territory Management while guiding cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep technical mastery, strategic advisory capabilities, and the ability to influence executives through clear communication and robust design decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering; Master's strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience managing, implementing, and configuring Oracle Supply Chain ecosystems.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on architecture and configuration within Oracle Fusion Cloud Service.
• Deep functional and operational knowledge of the Discrete Manufacturing sector and its service/warranty/depot repair workflows.
• Proven configuration and deployment track record in Oracle Field Service Cloud, Depot Repair, Service Contracts, and Territory Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence all phases of the SDLC including requirements, solutions architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Perform expert-level functional configuration across Oracle Cloud modules: Field Service, Depot Repair, Service Contracts, and Territory Management.
• Streamline field service delivery with automated scheduling, real-time tracking, and AI-driven predictive maintenance models.
• Act as trusted advisor to project teams and leadership, guiding architecture and scalable design decisions.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange between Oracle Service modules and CX/ERP/HCM systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-complexity bottlenecks and production issues in the Oracle Service suite.
