Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an FP&A Enterprise Technology Architect in Chicago to lead end-to-end modernization efforts across finance, actuarial, and IT. You will design ledger-aligned data foundations, govern KPIs, and enable self-service analytics using Oracle Analytics Cloud and Power BI.

You will partner with finance, FP&A, and Actuarial stakeholders to drive adoption of AI-enabled finance capabilities and build scalable solutions, reporting, and forecasting platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale finance data architectures with governance and data lineage.
• Ability to translate business needs into modernization roadmaps for FP&A and Actuarial functions.
• Proven track record in leading architecture, analytics, AI, and reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for solution delivery from architecture to deployment.
• Oversee design, build, testing, and deployment activities with governance and risk management.
• Mentor junior architects, engineers, analysts, and AI practitioners.
• Serve as a bridge between Finance, IT, and executive leadership to align objectives.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans for adoption of new capabilities.
• Present recommendations to executive leadership and drive change adoption.
