Job summary

Onset is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Implementation Specialist to analyze current workflows and lead end-to-end deployments for Oracle Fusion. Ideal candidates will have 18+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business or IT (MBA preferred), and deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The position does not offer visa sponsorship and requires authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Implementation (EBS + Oracle Fusion).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion including implementation and support roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Lead or support the end-to-end deployment of Oracle ERP.
• Develop training programs to facilitate user adoption.
