Job summary

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor is seeking a senior Oracle ERP developer to own production support, design and implement new ERP functionalities, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable operations.

The role demands strong PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow expertise, plus experience with OAF/ADF and JDeveloper. Mandarin language skills are required, and collaboration with IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle ERP development and support.
• Experience with full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementation or upgrade.
• Deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and form/page personalization.
• Experience with Oracle OAF and ADF for Java ERP enhancements.
• Experience designing backend Oracle modules that integrate with Java applications.
• Familiarity with JDeveloper and Oracle ERP integration tools.
• Mandarin speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Oracle ERP system and efficiently resolve application issues.
• Gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications with the ERP team.
• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages and database objects.
• Create reports using Oracle Report Builder and XML Publisher.
• Customize Oracle Forms and web pages per business requirements.
• Design and modify workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder.
• Use JDeveloper to develop Java-based application pages.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes and customizations.
• Create and execute test plans, perform unit testing, and support UAT.
• Coordinate with other developers and IT teams for integration and support.
