Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Senior Oracle Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle ERP/Cloud deployments and integrations. You will manage multi-functional teams across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with rigorous governance and risk management.

The role requires 8–12+ years of Oracle project delivery experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or finance.
• 8–12+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience leading Oracle enterprise projects across ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM.
• Budget, forecast, vendor engagements, and resource allocations.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Proven executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• SOX/compliance awareness and control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle enterprise implementations, enhancements, integrations, and migrations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate across functional, technical, integration, and business teams.
• Drive execution from requirements to hypercare and production transition.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and enterprise guidelines.
• Establish governance, risk, and issue management processes.
