Job summary

Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Finance Developer. This hybrid role is onsite in Chicago, IL or Sioux City, Iowa, blending office and remote work as needed.

You will design, develop, and support enterprise finance solutions, translating business requirements into scalable systems and leading projects through the full SDLC. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in software development, strong Oracle EPM Cloud, SQL, PL/SQL skills, and proven delivery from requirements to support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development or application engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Proven experience delivering projects from requirements through implementation and support.
• Experience with application integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Experience mentoring team members and working independently on complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise applications that improve business operations and processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead and contribute to projects throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, testing materials, and support resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technology partners.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the team.
