Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis or equivalent functional experience.
• Hands-on Oracle EPM implementation within last 5 years.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and BRDs.
• Proven ability to define project scope, requirements, and use cases.
• Experience with testing strategies including UAT and defect resolution.
• Experience working with Finance/HR stakeholders on reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with Finance, HR, and stakeholders.
• Define and document business, functional, and reporting requirements for Oracle EPM.
• Define scope, priorities, dependencies, and functional workstreams.
• Translate needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and process maps.
• Develop current-state and future-state process flows for Oracle EPM.
• Support design and implementation of Oracle EPM functionality and reporting.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and technical teams to ensure correct translation into configurations.
• Assist with data and reporting validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
