Job summary

ATI Materials is seeking a Lead Functional Analyst to drive enterprise-wide Supply Chain process optimization and ERP transformations using Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.9. You will lead end-to-end process management across Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience supporting ERP Supply Chain environments
• Strong functional expertise with Oracle R12+ (or similar) including: Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Fulfillment integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process management and ERP solution delivery across Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.9.
• Serve as the functional and process leader for Supply Chain operations including Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders and team members to define operational strategies, identify process gaps, and implement scalable enterprise solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, operational excellence, and cross-functional integration.
• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Supply Chain initiatives, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
