Job summary

Beyond SOF in Stafford, VA is seeking a Sr. Oracle EBS/SOA Technical Developer to design and implement middleware integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems using SOA 12c and BPEL, and to optimize performance and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle EBS R12, SOAP/REST APIs, and strong collaboration skills for working with government owners and SMEs on analysis, design, and deployment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies (SOA 12C, OAG 12c, BAM 12C, Web Service Security, XML, XSLT, XQuery).
• Expertise in Oracle SOA 12c integration with Oracle EBS R12.
• Experience developing SOAP web services and RESTful APIs using tools like SOAP UI and POSTMAN.
• Familiarity with Oracle Linux, shell scripting, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new middleware integrations using SOA 12c, BPEL, and adapters to ensure flawless communication between Oracle EBS and external systems.
• Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Middleware tech (JEE, SOA 12C, OAG 12c, BAM 12C, Web Service Security) and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with government product owners and SMEs to analyze requirements, break down into user stories, and deliver solutions.
• Fine-tune, test, deploy, and own deployment/rollout processes with technical support during testing.
• Mentor junior developers and lead knowledge transfer sessions to boost team capability.
