Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in relational databases.
• Strong SQL background.
• Experience with Cassandra/CQL/DataStax tools.
• Experience with Oracle GoldenGate replication technology.
• Agile/SDLC development model experience.
• Ability to work in distributed, multi-time zone teams.
• Database development and optimization.
• Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers and views.

Responsibilities

• Database engineer will work with Oracle and Cassandra databases to ensure data quality and performance.
• Collaborate with DBAs and development teams to define, develop, and maintain databases.
• Lead discussions and drive to solutions for complex database challenges.
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex SQL performance and tuning tasks.
• Support capacity planning and replication across distributed environments.
