Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Experience in corporate banking-related database engagements.

Responsibilities

• Represent and lead database engagement on major incidents for critical applications.
• Manage a book of work for support requests and escalations.
• Troubleshoot unbounded requests; gain clarity and resolution.
• Be a knowledge reference on database usage for non-technical teams.
• Collaborate with Unix, Storage, and Networks teams to resolve issues.
• Drive database hygiene, improvements, and migrations.
• Deliver first-class service to restore application stability.
