Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr. Oracle Engineer in Cincinnati, OH for an on-site, permanent role. You will support enterprise-scale Oracle databases, RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and performance tuning in production environments.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Oracle DBA/engineering experience, Oracle 12c/19c+, and Linux/Unix skills. Preferred qualifications include OCI, Exadata, and cloud database experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle Database Administration and Engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Database 12c, 19c, and newer versions.
• Strong experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, OEM, PL/SQL.
• Performance tuning and optimization; production support.
• Linux/Unix operating systems; excellent troubleshooting/analytical skills.
