Job summary

Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Database Developer – Data Management with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This role combines Oracle database development with data governance, quality, and migration responsibilities, supporting the security and integrity of enterprise data while delivering Oracle database solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Five or more years of Oracle Database development experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience with Oracle Database 19c.
• Experience with data migration and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure enterprise data with governance policies.
• Develop, test, and maintain Oracle database applications including PL/SQL packages, procedures, and views.
• Create and optimize SQL queries and database objects for reporting and integrations.
• Plan and execute data migrations for Oracle implementations and cloud migrations.
• Automate data conversion and migration processes with PL/SQL scripts.
• Analyze and tune SQL/PLSQL performance and propose improvements.
• Support database security through roles, privileges, and auditing.
• Collaborate with data owners, developers, DBAs, and project managers.
