Job summary

Novalink Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Developer / Data Architect focused on Oracle platforms. The role centers on data modeling, automated ETL, and robust data repositories across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will drive technical solutions, mentor IT staff, and contribute to system migrations and data modernization efforts with MDOT and partners. Strong SQL/PLSQL and OAC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive Senior DBA-level experience with Oracle on-prem and cloud databases.
• Develop automated ETL from various flat-file and DB sources.
• Experience using API calls for automated data refreshes.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Mastery of SQL and PL/SQL; able to develop complex procedures and scripts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Disciplined approach to coding comments, docs, and metadata.
• Ability to mentor senior and junior IT staff.
• Develop architectural diagrams and system docs; train others.
• Proven ability to research technical options for evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily SME for all Oracle technologies and toolsets.
• Focus on data modeling and automated ETL across multiple data sources.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain automated DB processes.
• Research and resolve database issues; perform maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with MDOT/IT partners; mentor staff; support migrations and data modernization.
