Responsibilities

• Coordinate OR workflow, including staff assignment and support of surgical case preparation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, and surgical technologists for perioperative care.
• Monitor patients’ status throughout the perioperative process and respond to clinical changes.
• Ensure infection prevention, patient safety, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Make operational adjustments to maintain high-quality surgical outcomes.
