Job summary

Infinity Labs in Dayton, OH is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights for DoD programs. You will perform modeling, simulation, and statistical analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize system performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of DoD analytics, experience with AF SIM, and US citizenship with security clearance; TS/SCI is a plus. This is an on-site role with a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in math, physics, or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' verifiable experience supporting DoW programs.
• Minimum 2 years using AFSim to model systems.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Nice to have TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Secret level clearance acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses using statistical methods and modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system interactions.
