Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a defense mission professional to serve as an IO Planner with an OPSEC focus at a Combatant Command. You will develop, implement, and manageOPSEC programs to protect critical information and mitigate risks, coordinating across Joint Staff, components, and interagency partners to deliver high‑quality OPSEC plans and analyses.

Qualifications

Experience developing and delivering OPSEC training programs.
Experience operating in a multinational environment and working in a strategic-level staff.
Knowledge of OPSEC principles, risk assessment methodologies, and vulnerability analysis.
TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience in a joint environment, or Master's degree and 10+ years of experience in a joint environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive OPSEC plans, risk assessments, staff estimates, and operational analysis reports.
Coordinate and integrate OPSEC planning and execution across Joint Staff, components, and interagency partners.
Provide subject matter expertise in OPSEC and mentorship to team members.
Research and analyze to inform client leadership and ensure DoD OPSEC policy compliance.
