Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) is seeking a Senior Operator Readiness Advisor to manage desk-specific training programs from onboarding through desk certification. Description

As a Senior Operator Readiness Advisor, you will help manage desk-specific training programs from onboarding through desk certification. Working closely with trainees, SMEs, and Operations leaders, you'll develop and facilitate training, monitor operator progress, identify readiness gaps, and continuously improve learning experiences to prepare operators for real-world operating conditions.

Required

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in reliability coordination, generation & interchange, balancing & dispatch, or related control room operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Familiarity with NERC, FERC, or similar compliance frameworks

Preferred

• NERC Reliability Coordinator Certification
• Training, coaching, or Learning & Development experience

Level and compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $162,000.00 - $187,000.00 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.

Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
