Job summary

Elanco seeks a Senior Operator-Fill/Finish to support bio/pharm production at the Fort Dodge site. You will operate aseptic equipment, handle batch records, and ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards while contributing to LEAN improvements.

The role requires strong attention to quality, ability to work with limited supervision, and familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment such as fermentation and centrifugation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field; OR AS degree +2 years; OR HS diploma +4 years.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations and biological production processes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow batch records and quality and safety requirements.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, electronic management systems, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic biological production activities per batch records and cGMP requirements.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment used in biological processing.
• Oversee production processes, cleaning, environmental monitoring, and in-process checks.
• Complete and maintain production documentation, SOPs, deviations, and training records.
• Support continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives in daily operations.
