The role requires leading purchasing, scheduling, and distribution efforts to ensure timely, cost-efficient product flow, while guiding staff performance and supporting professional development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• 5+ years in an operations role with multi-shift or variable conditions.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to read/write documents.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility operations and policy implementation to meet business goals.
• Oversee purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure uninterrupted supply at cost.
• Coordinate distribution activities for timely, efficient product delivery.
• Provide support for client operations and drive cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor staff, assess performance, and support development.
• Additional duties as assigned.
