Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Senior Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations in Stillwater, OK to lead staff, set work schedules and ensure policy compliance. You will strengthen communication across teams and with onsite customers, driving engagement and performance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, evaluating performance and maintaining safety standards. A 3-year background plus MS Office and scanner experience are essential, with a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.

1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

As the Senior Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations, you will focus on building a culture that supports high employee morale and ensures company policies and procedures are met. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Establish work schedules, assign jobs and train staff

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with onsite customers and other key partners

• Assist with evaluating employee performance, providing written and verbal feedback

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
• 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to follow, promote and implement safety programs

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Reach (including above your head), bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
