Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8–10 years of PM experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
• Experience leading large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale projects from inception through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior PMs and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Identify process improvements and lessons learned after projects.
