Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a 130+ person extruded thermoplastic medical device components and finished device assembly contract manufacturing operation in Corona, CA. This role ensures on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets while managing budgets and cross‑functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years leading regulated manufacturing, and proven ability to drive KPIs and continuous improvement in a 24/7

Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading large 24/7 production operations and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Manage capacity planning and weekly schedules with cross-functional partners.
• Develop annual headcount and operating expense budgets.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP and GDP requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and standard cost management.
• Oversee safety, training, and housekeeping standards.
