E-J Group, based in South Plainfield, NJ, seeks an Operations Manager for its Clean Energy division. You will guide projects from estimation through field execution, coordinating PMs, engineers, and field staff while owning division-level financial performance and client delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in project management within electrical contracting, strong estimating and risk management skills, and a track record in Design-Build EPC environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Project Manager experience in electrical contracting
• 3-5 years of operations leadership in a division
• Experience with Design-Build (EPC) projects is recommended
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical contracting/engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversee division projects from initiation to closeout
• Lead project managers, engineers and field staff across multiple projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders with a focus on profitability
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to meet scope and schedule
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across the division
