Cortrol Process Systems in Tulsa, OK seeks a Senior Manager, Operations to lead fabrication and manufacturing on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience leading supervisors, managers, or cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record improving safety, productivity, quality, and delivery.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing labor and costs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence at every level.
• Experience using ERP, MS Office, reporting tools, and AI technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.

What You'll Own

As our Senior Manager, Operations, you'll serve as the operational leader for our Tulsa fabrication facility, responsible for ensuring the business runs safely, efficiently, and profitably.

You’ll:

• Lead daily manufacturing and fabrication operations while creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop supervisors and future leaders, helping your team grow while delivering exceptional performance.
• Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, reducing waste, increasing throughput, and strengthening quality.
• Balance production schedules, staffing, capacity, and customer commitments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Partner with Sales, Project Management, Quality, Shipping, Maintenance, and Finance to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You Bring

• Experience using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, operational reporting tools, and emerging AI technologies to improve efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
