ABOUT THE ROLE

Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a software QA engineer to validate ENvue software releases, ensuring stability and compliance.

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S).
• Oversee the full supply chain lifecycle from raw material procurement through finished goods distribution.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, including qualification, audits, and performance reviews.
• Partner with R&D, QA, and Product teams to support new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive operations experience, with at least 5 years in medical device leadership.

Preferred Experience

Lean Six Sigma certification, NPI in regulated environments, and Class II/III device manufacturing.
