Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Center Manager in Training to join its nationwide leadership development program. The role trains you across plasma centers, with relocation to chosen locations as you prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program includes six months of expedited onboarding, followed by 12 months to qualify as a Plasma Center Manager while traveling up to 95% of the time and gaining hands-on leadership experience across BioLife facilities.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across centers.
• Participate in expedited six-month training and mentorship.
• Advance to Plasma Center Operations Manager through networking and performance.
