Job summary

Pieper Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations in Wisconsin to oversee day-to-day field and departmental operations across projects.

You will lead planning, resource allocation, and execution, guiding teams toward service excellence and sustainable growth while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will partner with internal teams and customers to drive continuous improvement, optimize productivity, and manage budgets, billing, and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering, project management, or technical leadership.
• Past leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical power distribution, motion control, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Forecast week-to-week work, when, and by whom.
• Analyze factors that affect results to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure employees meet safety training (OSHA, First Aid, CPR).
• Mentor, coach, and lead personnel across the organization.
• Promote continuous learning and improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote trust and repeat business.
• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and working capital.
