Job summary

Link Technical Talent is seeking an Operations Manager for a growing electronics manufacturing facility in Shelton, CT. You will lead SMT, post-production and warehouse/incoming materials, driving Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and KPI programs to maximize productivity.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will develop production teams, implement operational best practices, and advance automation and efficiency across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing in electronics or contract manufacturing.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement background.
• Proven track record of improving manufacturing KPIs and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SMT, post-production, and warehouse/incoming materials across the facility.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and KPI programs to raise efficiency.
• Improve production efficiency, workflow, inventory utilization and operational performance.
• Develop and mentor production, warehouse, and manufacturing teams with senior leadership on strategic improvements.
