Target is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Distribution & Receive Centers to lead with a safety-first culture, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships to meet service, quality and productivity goals.

You will leverage metrics, Lean Six Sigma, and GEMBA walks, communicating the big picture while spending time on the floor with your team to coach, develop talent and ensure daily operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Four year degree, or 3-5 years in manufacturing, production or distribution with related management experience.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
