Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field with 13+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in a government contractor environment is required.
• Demonstrates application of cost accounting principles and standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a business partner to Operations leadership with financial guidance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and quarterly updates for Operations.
• Provide timely reporting and analysis to support strategic plans.
• Oversee the Operations Finance team and ensure process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and sensitive information handling.
• Support executive level presentations with financial data and visuals.
