Job summary

ARMA Global, a fully owned subsidiary of GDIT, is seeking an Operations Finance Analyst to support a critical mission at Ft Eustis, VA. The role compiles information to guide military financial strategy and advises leadership on budgeting and resource decisions.

You will work with DoW, DEAMS, and other systems, manage contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance while briefing senior leaders and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 6 years military or 10+ civilian experience.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with DoD financial management and budgeting.
• Proficient in DEAMS and DoW/FMR/Title 5 regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal financial advisor to leadership on budgets.
• Plan, defend, and execute complex budgets.
• Develop financial policies and controls for compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and databases.
• Brief and support senior officers and executives.
