Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of combined experience in operations quality control/business analysis/data analytics.
• Experience championing QC programs with leadership and stakeholders.
• Visualization experience using PowerBI, Qlik or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Research, collect, and report data to support day-to-day operations and performance.
• Establish standards by researching internal/external QC benchmarks.
• Deliver platform-wide reporting including QC dashboards and SLA performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate QC needs into reporting requirements.
• Identify trends and opportunities from operational data.
• Drive corrective actions and SOP improvements from QC findings.
• Maintain an audit-ready trail of QC reviews and resolutions.
