RevSURE GLOBAL is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst – AR to own accounts receivable performance, manage aging reports, and follow up with payers to resolve claims. You will identify denial trends, document outcomes, and ensure timely reimbursement across billing workflows.

This role supports continuous improvement, collaborates with internal teams to address gaps, and provides guidance to junior analysts while upholding payer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AR/medical billing experience (US healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of payer policies (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial).
• Familiarity with CPT/ICD codes, EOB/ERA review and appeal workflows.
• Experience in EMR/RCM systems and insurance portals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform AR follow-ups across aging buckets (0-120+ days).
• Manage complex denials and initiate appeals when required.
• Coordinate with payers via phone/portals for claim resolution.
• Document outcomes and update billing notes accurately.
• Escalate trends and unresolved issues to team leads.

• Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As a Senior Operations Analyst – AR, you will take ownershipofaccounts receivable performance by managing aging reports,performing timely follow-ups with payers, identifying denialtrends and ensuring accurate documentation within RCM systems.You will support continuous improvement, collaborate withinternal teams to address billing/documentation gaps and ensuretimely reimbursement for services.
