Job summary

The role focuses on evaluating key processes, controls, and KPIs across multi-site manufacturing operations to identify improvements and ROI.

You will test internal controls (ICFR/SOX), use data analytics to uncover root causes, and partner with leaders to implement cost-effective changes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in internal audit, preferably with operational audits.
• Experience with complex, multi-site global manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree with concentration in Accounting/Audit and CPA or CIA.
• Understanding of manufacturing accounting/operational concepts.
• Strong Excel skills and data-analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess efficiency and effectiveness of processes like order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
• Assess business units against strategic goals and KPIs.
• Use KPI/data-driven methods to uncover systemic operational issues.
• Establish robust follow-up with management to ensure improvements deliver ROI.
• Partner with leaders to develop practical, cost-effective recommendations.
• Manage high-risk areas of ICFR/SOX and leverage data analytics to minimize testing time.
