Job summary

Gilbane is seeking a Project Manager II to serve as the on-site Gilbane manager, responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a medium-sized construction project. This position will be on the job site every day and will fill a key role on the project team.

You will join a Top-10 ENR Contractor with a family-owned culture and a commitment to safety, diversity, and excellence. Gilbane University provides leadership and technical training as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to project safety plan.
• Develops project controls and risk mitigation processes.
• Estimates bid packages and GMP considerations.
• Creates CPM schedule and monthly schedule updates.
• Leads project team and maintains positive work environment.
• Manages subcontracting strategy and buyout documents.
• Ensures contracts, POs, and compliance are in place.
