Job summary

Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team seeks a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation to lead OneStream configurations for budgeting and federal government use cases. You’ll drive integration with enterprise data sources and guide cross-functional teams through agile delivery, ensuring high-quality implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of EPM experience, a Secret clearance, and the ability to work independently while mentoring others in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or infuture.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• 3+ years of experience in similar EPM technology.
• 1+ years of foundational EPM development or configuration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of OneStream solutions for budgeting, planning, and federal government use cases.
• Oversee integration of OneStream with enterprise platforms, data sources, and downstream systems to support solution performance and reliability.
• Guide development teams through build activities, resolve technical issues, and maintain delivery quality across workstreams.
• Support delivery within an agile software development lifecycle, including technical planning, sprint execution, testing, and release coordination.
• Drive technical solution optimization, extensibility, and customization to meet client requirements and business objectives.
