Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Midwest-based, home-based team. You’ll oversee investigations, monitor trials, and ensure data quality while working closely with sites, sponsors, and global study teams.

In this role, travel is regional within the Midwest, about 8–10 days per month, with occasional travel to other sites as needed. You’ll mentor site personnel, uphold regulatory standards, and support study delivery from start-up through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree and 5+ years as a regional, traveling CRA.
• 2 years of required experience monitoring Oncology trials.
• Willingness to travel regionally; full-service monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study start-up activities and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct Pre-Site Selection Visits, SIVs, IMVs and Closeout Visits.
• Train site personnel on protocol requirements and data capture.
• Monitor site performance and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with sites and study teams to drive data quality and safety.
• Support site closeout activities and trial completion.
