Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System in New York seeks a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to support the Tisch Cancer Institute. You will work with Principal Investigators, the Research Manager and clinical research staff to manage data for cancer protocols and ensure high-quality study conduct.

Under supervision you will analyze complex data, coordinate site activities, develop SOPs, assist with protocol submissions and budget preparation, and mentor junior CRC staff across sites to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or related field required.
• 5 years of clinical research experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in feasibility, site selection and site initiation visits.
• Coordinate complex Phase 1 and Phase 2 trials.
• Coordinate patient care with pathology, radiology, labs and clinical services.
• Pre-Screen patients by medical records review.
• Develop and maintain SOPs specific to each study.
• Coordinate clinical assessments and data collection.
• Prepare and submit protocol amendments and renewals.
• Mentor CRC I/II and staff at other sites for multi-center trials.
• Prepare reports for conferences and seminars.
• Oversee data management and quality control for studies.
